Anne-Mari combines outstanding academic expertise with extensive hands-on experience. She holds both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in engineering, and her passion for occupational safety grew directly from working life, inspiring her to pursue advanced studies in safety management. She has worked in occupational safety for approximately 11 years and currently serves as an outsourced occupational safety manager for companies across multiple industries. This gives her first-hand insight into the everyday realities of Finnish workplaces.

As an instructor, Anne-Mari is motivated by the opportunity to influence people's attitudes and thinking, helping to improve workplace safety throughout society.
