The Occupational Safety Card is proof of occupational safety management in shared workplaces of companies.
A safe workplace is the right of every employee. The Occupational Safety Card is the key to safer workplaces and accident prevention. It provides employees with the necessary information and skills to work safely and improves the safety culture in the workplace.
Who needs the Occupational Safety Card?
Although the use of the Occupational Safety Card is voluntary, many contracting companies require their subcontractor employees to have the card. The Occupational Safety Card system is managed by The Centre for Occupational Safety, which also maintains a registry of individuals who have completed the card.

Obtaining and renewing the Occupational Safety Card typically requires a seven-hour occupational safety training, during which the occupational safety card test is also completed.
The training covers basic knowledge of workplace hazards and occupational safety at the workplace. The training may also include industry-specific occupational safety topics.

The Occupational Safety Card test questions are true/false statements
Prepare for occupational safety training and the test by carefully reviewing the areas of occupational safety, reading materials on safety, and practicing for the Occupational Safety Card test in the Trainify service.

The test consists of 27 true/false statements, of which at least 23 must be correct.

The retake test will be conducted following the course instructor’s guidelines. You are allowed to retake the test twice.
